To ensure the highest level of quality, we execute every component of your menu in house. This means- All juices are fresh pressed, syrups, shrubs- you name it.. all scratch made.

We use honey to sweeten our cocktails as often as possible, and we have Claire and Drew over at Heritage Harvest farms in Winston-Salem, NC to thank for keeping our bar well stocked at all times. The North Carolina Century Farm has been in their family for over 150 years!
FLOWERS + HERBS
Renfrow Farms, located in the heart of historic Matthews, NC supplies our flowers and herbs we use as garnishes and in recipes. Their commitment to chemical & pesticide-free growing methods produce amazing products that make a huge impact on the quality of the beverages we serve, in both flavor and aesthetics. The resident farmer, Pressly keeps us educated on what flowers are edible and seasonal, so every glass we fill has a little bit of the garden.
BITTERS
Historically, a cocktail is defined as a drink made with spirits, sugar, water, and bitters. Naturally we want to use the best, hand crafted, small-batch bitters available. So behind our bar, you’ll find Crude Bitters from Raleigh, NC “Crafted in small batches from 100% maceration in organic, non-GMO alcohol, with no glycerin, chemicals or dyes. Glass pots or wood barrels are used exclusively in the storage and aging of our products.”

When retiring from teaching Advertising and Graphic Design in 2012 Crys had a few crazy goals; open a Pilates studio, study herbalism, design and build a house and move to the 'country'. She is a mother, wife, dog rescuer, pilates instructor & movement educator, designer, herbalist and mini farmer on a mission to share her passion of organic farming. Her commitment to strict organic and non-GMO farming practices, produces high quality medicinal herbs and botanicals that we’re proud to serve.
